Eventika Entertainment, a sole proprietorship based in Sardarpura, Jodhpur, Rajasthan (“Eventika”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. - Contact details: your name, phone number, WhatsApp number and email address
- Event details: event type, dates, city and venue preferences, guest count, budget range and any other details you share with us
- Guest details: names, contact numbers, travel and room details of guests, if you ask us to manage hospitality
- Website data: basic technical information such as browser type, device and pages visited, collected through cookies or analytics tools if we use them
We collect this when you fill a form on our website, message or call us, or share it with us during planning.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and share quotes
- To plan, book and run your event
- To arrange guest travel, stay, pick-up and drop
- To send you updates about your event
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements

We do not sell your personal data. We do not send you marketing messages unless you agree to receive them.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to deliver your event, with:
- Venues, hotels, caterers, decorators, artists, transport providers and other vendors working on your event
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, email and messaging apps

4. How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as we need it to plan and complete your event, and after that only for as long as the law requires, for example for tax records. After that we delete it.

7. Guest and children’s data
Our website is meant for adults. If you share details of your guests, including children, for event planning, you confirm that you have their permission, or their parent’s or guardian’s permission, to do so.
