These terms apply to anyone who uses eventikaentertainment.in or books wedding or event planning services with Eventika Entertainment, a sole proprietorship based in Sardarpura, Jodhpur, Rajasthan (“Eventika”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or confirming a booking with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We plan and manage weddings and events. The exact scope of work for your event, including functions, dates, venues and services, is set out in the written quote or agreement we share with you. If something is not in that quote, it is not included unless we both agree to it in writing.
2. Quotes and booking
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Prices of venues, vendors and materials can change until your booking is confirmed. Your booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance payment stated in your quote and confirm it to you in writing (email or WhatsApp counts).
3. Payments
The balance is payable as per the payment schedule in your quote. We may pause work, or decline to deliver services on the event days, if payments are overdue. If any taxes become applicable to our services in future, they will be charged as per law.
4. Changes to your event
You can request changes to dates, guest count, venue or services. We will tell you the effect on cost and availability before making them. Changes may cost extra, and some cannot be accommodated close to the event date.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- If you cancel: we offer a partial refund. Any money already paid or committed to venues, vendors, artists or suppliers on your behalf is not refundable. The remaining amount is refunded. [Confirm this rule with the client.]
- If we cancel: we refund the full amount you have paid us.
- Postponement: if you move your event to a new date, we will try to carry your payments over to the new date. This depends on vendor and venue availability and their own policies.
- Approved refunds are processed within [30] days to your original payment method or bank account.
6. Venues, vendors and third parties
We coordinate with venues, hotels, caterers, decorators, artists and other vendors for your event. Each of them is responsible for their own services, and their own terms and cancellation policies apply. We do our best to choose reliable partners, but we are not responsible for a third party’s failure, delay or conduct.
7. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information about your event and guests, make payments on time, and follow the rules of the venue. You are responsible for any damage to the venue or property caused by you or your guests, and for any personal permits, licences or permissions that only you can obtain.
8. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events outside our reasonable control. These include natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, government orders, strikes, power failures and venue closures. In such cases we will work with you to reschedule or adjust plans as far as possible.
9. Photos and videos
We may use photos and videos of decor and setups from your event on our website and social media. If you do not want this, tell us in writing before the event and we will not use them.
10. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the planning fee you paid us for that event. We are not liable for indirect losses.
11. Use of this website
The content and photos on this website belong to Eventika Entertainment or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission. We try to keep information on this site accurate, but it may change without notice.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
